Each company will have one administrator who adds various users such as owners, managers, and employees to the company or office database.

The administrator also assigns permissions for each user as to the ability of updating all schedules, veiwing all schedules, or just the ability to change and view your personal schedule.

Administrative users, when logged in, can see all the employees' names listed alphabetically with current status and notes.

This program will load a narrow messanger service type window the user can leave on the bottom of the screen, and check throughout the day.

U.S. companies will be able to sign up online. The account will not start until approved by the administrator after payment has been made. Payment plan will be discussed by phone, and vary depending on the amount of users and locations.
